LOL, how Jamaican newspaper can do Addi ( Kartel ) so rasta?! In case you've been under a rock, there's reports that Blak Ryno is no longer a part of Portmore Empire, and cartoonist Clovis wasted no time in putting his spin on it, as he did earlier with the Gaza Kim situation.
Also, earlier yesterday it was reported that Ryno's house was shot up but no one was hurt as Ryno nor his family was home at the time. Ms Raine, Kartel's publicist posted a statement from her client, in which he stated "anyone who does anything to Ryno has to answer to him" <--click the link to read.
With STING just around the corner, Mavado released a song on the Israel Riddim titled: 'War is in the air'. One does wonder if the name of the riddim is a tongue-in-cheek jab at Kartel's Gaza movement? (get up on your politics and overseas happenings ppl!) One person on twitter (a "gaza" enthusiast at that) stated this was Vado's baddest song to date, what do you think?
UPDATE: Vybz Kartel released this counteraction in which he's dj-ing about Mavado's invitation to his party/ truce, dissing Bounty as usual, small jab at Aidonia and also taking a jab at producer Stephen??? Here's 1 track with both songs, take a listen:
Down Sound Records CEO Josef Bogdanovich held his annual show this past weekend in Bahamas with Vybz Kartel being the headliner. According to my sources, Addi di teacha missed 2 flights on his way to the show and Josef had to send a jet for the artist. (smfh, lol, and everything in between..) Here are some pics, and clip of Kartel's performance. Enjoy..
