I wonder if the old heads will get the same feeling when listening to the remake of this Dennis Brown classic?

I for one, appreciate both original and remake.

I think this song is fitting for the direction that the 'distant relatives' are going in regards to their upcoming album dropping May 18th. (Janelle Monae's album drop that day too...cop those!)

Distant relatives to debate in Washington

Jr. Gong & Nas recently teamed up with National Geographic and V-Tec to debate in Washington DC next month. Hosted and moderated by MTV's Sway, the panel will feature DJ Kool Herc, DJ Red Alert, Daddy U-Roy , Jazzy Jeff, Rakim and King Jammy.
Topics to discuss will include the origins of hip hop and the impact it has on individuals around the world.
Fret not thyself, if you are unable to attend the debate at National Geographic's Grosvenor Auditorium on December 12.
